3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes where required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or notification.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and Standard shipping takes between 5-9 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. Delays due to customs or carriers are beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unworn or unused condition, with its original packaging.
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

All Veve London jewelry pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not covered.
