Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during holidays, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5-9 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Please note that these are estimates, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

P.O. Box Address 

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

Rural Addresses 

Shipping to rural addresses may come at a higher fee. 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may be applicable. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
